Usually, the foods in the restaurant are mostly junk food. In
fact, junk food is not healthy. Why junk food is not healthy? Junk food is not
healthy because it contains lot of fat, oil, additive ingredients, and it
almost does not have much nutrition. Beside the fat, junk food usually has a
lot of oil. Oil can increase cholesterol in your body and it is dangerous if
there is too much cholesterol in your body. Junk food is mostly fry with oils. Because
in the fast food restaurant many customer do not have many time to waiting for
their food, fast food restaurant finally do not have enough time to drain the
food from the oil. As the result, the food gets oily and when you eat the oily
junk food, it will increase the number of cholesterol in your body. The best
nutrition that you need is mostly included in healthy food like fruits, rice,
or your own cooked food. In fact, junk food contains many things that are useless
for your body or it will even harm your body. If you eat too much junk food,
you will lack nutrition.
It will only harm your body. To summarize, junk food is not
healthy for your body. It contains lot of fat. Junk food also has a lot of oil
that can increase the amount of cholesterol in your body. The next disadvantage
is junk food has no nutrition and the last is junk food contains lot of
additives. It must be known by that all of people that junk food made FAT
(Cause of its Cholesterol), in other hand the junk food can us got mental
disorders, psychological problems, anxiety, hyperactivity, and brain
disturbance.

most contains of junk foods are saturated that could affect cell on the brain,
it called neurotransmitter. Somebody who continually consume saturated will
damage their mental. It could be depression. Because the big amount of vitamins
and mineral lost of your body, so your hormones and blood pressure become high,
and then could disturb your brain process.
- Psychological problems:
Some of experts said that junk foods
could cause physical problems and changes the brain function. You will be
addicted of this delicious food then make you easy to get high emotional.
- Anxiety:
Because you lacking of omega-3 or fatty acids and carbohydrates can make you
get excessive anxiety, shaking, and fatigue.
- Hyperactivity:
Too much consume sodium benzoates,
artificial dyes, and all of the food that consist of high calories sugar can
make you hyperactive. Also the junk food is one of them.
- Break your brain:
Preservatives,
artificial colors, unhealthy fats, refined carbohydrates are also available in
junk foods. It means that the junk foods it unhealthy food will make you get a
lot of mental problems. Many experts in health care suggest to us to leave the
junk food.
